1. The Digital Gift Card has a validity period of 6 months from the date of purchase. There will be no extension of the validity period.
2. The Digital Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable and value in card is not exchangeable for cash. There will be no refund of the balance value, and any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry of the Digital Gift Card.
3. Ownership and risk of loss of the Digital Gift Card is transferred to the purchaser and recipient once it is electronically delivered. You will be responsible for all transactions associated with your Digital Gift Card, including unauthorised transactions.
4. If the intended recipient has not received the Digital Gift Card via email within a reasonable period after the delivery date, the following are some common reasons why delivery may have been unsuccessful:
- Spam filter blocked the email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- Recipient's firewall blocked the email
- Recipient’s email inbox has exceeded its limit
- Wrong/invalid email address submitted during purchase

We will not be responsible for any Digital Gift Card that does not reach the intended recipient due to the purchaser entering an inaccurate recipient email address during the order process. Please ensure the recipient email address is correct before completing your purchase.
5. We obtain and store your personal and order data for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of the Digital Gift Card. By providing us with your personal data, you also consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purpose set out above. Unless we have obtained your consent, we will not use the information collected for other purposes.
