In the event you receive a defective product, please email us at support@shop-empirical.com with the necessary documentation within 3 days from receipt. To be eligible for an exchange/return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to submit proof of purchase. We will follow up with you on the exchange/return procedure should the item be deemed unsatisfactory after review.
